Giving Back Is at Our Core
Since our founding, the Germantown Festival has proudly supported local nonprofits and charitable organizations. Every ticket sold, every vendor booth, and every sponsor dollar helps fund causes that strengthen our community — from youth programs and arts initiatives to social services and civic organizations.
How the Donation Program Works
Submit a Request
Eligible 501(c)(3) organizations submit a donation request application for review by the festival board.
Board Review
The Germantown Festival board reviews all applications and approves funding based on mission alignment and available proceeds.
Funds Distributed
Approved organizations receive their donation following the festival. Funds are distributed from a portion of the annual proceeds.
Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from organizations that meet the following criteria:
- Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing
- Serves the Germantown or greater Memphis area community
- Mission aligned with community enrichment, education, health, or civic welfare
- Application submitted prior to the festival deadline

Complete the application form and return it to the Germantown Festival board for consideration. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis ahead of each festival.
